Why We Need Collagen

The word collagen comes from the Greek word ‘Kolla’, meaning glue. It’s a structural protein that holds the body together, providing strength and support throughout joints, bones, and cartilage.

From our early 20’s, the body’s natural collagen production begins to decline each year. This affects how we move and recover, leading to stiffness, slower repair, and reduced mobility. For those who live an active lifestyle, this can impact both comfort and long term joint health.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, making up around 30% of all protein. It forms the framework that supports movement and stability, giving joints their cushioning, bones their strength, and tissues their structure. Helping you move freely and stay supported from within.

Many traditional collagens are derived from animal sources, which can be difficult for the body to recognise and absorb effectively. Our Type II Plant Based Collagen was developed to change that. Created using advanced biomimetic technology, it’s the only one identical to human collagen, allowing for better absorption and more effective results.

Supplementing collagen is key to keeping joints strong, movement smooth, and recovery consistent.

Clean. Inclusive. Backed by science.
