Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation in the One Percent Run Club, including events and activities organised or promoted by the club, is entirely voluntarily. I understand that I am free to withdraw from participation at anytime.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in running or related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, falls, slips, collisions, injuries, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and varying conditions road or trail conditions. By participating, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with Run Club activities.

Health and Fitness

I confirm that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in run club activities. I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and wellbeing during all activates.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to join Run Club activities, I hereby release and hold harmless One Percent Run Club, It’s owners, organisers, volunteers, sponsors, partners and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or death that may arise from my participation.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all traffic laws, Run Club rules and safety guidelines. I understand that I’m responsible for my own actions and for the security of my own belongings during events.

Media Release

I grant One Percent Run Club permission to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring my image from club activities for promotional purposes, including social media, websites and marketing materials.
