Charlie’s decade-long professional football career was marked by more setbacks than he ever expected. Recurring injuries, multiple surgeries, a collapsed lung and even a stem-cell procedure tested him physically and mentally, ultimately teaching him the importance of the small 1%’s that make all the difference in performance and recovery. After being introduced to collagen by his physio, he realised there wasn’t a clean, inclusive option available, so he set out to create his own.

Jess, in her own journey became increasingly conscious of what she was putting in her body. She began reading labels, researching ingredients and realising how many products marketed as ‘healthy’ were filled with things she didn’t want to be consuming. She found that transparency was often missing, especially in supplements that were supposed to support your health.

Together, they set out to create something better. One Percent Supplements was founded to deliver clean, science backed formulations that are accessible to everyone. From elite athletes to those living active lifestyles. No fillers, no unnecessary extras, just essential, high quality ingredients with transparency at its core.

What started as an idea became a two year journey of research, over 10 rounds of sampling different formulations, working with leading scientists, nutritionists, and suppliers to finally bring One Percent Supplements first product to life.
