5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

5.3 Customers can return items using our Royal Mail tracked returns portal. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once it has been processed. Using the portal ensures your return is securely tracked and delivered back to us.

5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5.5 We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
